Our Quality Commitment

While a flip-flop is simple, making one that lasts is not. We stand behind the construction of every pair with a manufacturing warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.

Warranty Period

Eligible pairs are covered against manufacturing defects for 90 days from the date of delivery. This covers issues that appear through normal, intended use — not the natural aging of a well-loved sandal.

What the Warranty Covers

• Separation of the strap from the sole due to bonding failure
• Cracks or splits in the rubber sole from normal wear
• Defective hardware or embellishments present at purchase

What the Warranty Does Not Cover

The warranty does not apply to:

• Normal wear and tear from everyday use
• Damage from misuse, harsh chemicals, or extreme heat
• Alterations, DIY repairs, or non-standard cleaning
• Loss, theft, or accidental damage

How to File a Claim

1. Contact us through our Contact page with your order number and photos of the issue
2. Our team reviews the claim, usually within 24–48 hours
3. If approved, we reship a replacement or refund at no cost to you

Care to Maximize Lifespan

A little care goes a long way:

• Rinse with cool water after pool or saltwater use
• Air dry away from direct, intense heat
• Avoid leaving pairs on a hot dashboard or radiator
• Store flat, not folded, to preserve the sole shape

Following these steps helps your sandals stay comfortable and vibrant far beyond the warranty window.

Paid Replacement for Accidental Damage

If your pair is damaged by accident and falls outside the warranty, reach out anyway. We often offer a courtesy discount on a replacement so you're never long without your favorite pair.
